We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Products & Pricing
We offer a curated selection of Islamic books, educational resources for children, prayer accessories, bazaar goods, and digital content. Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice, though prices are fixed at the time of a confirmed order. All items are described as accurately as possible; minor variations in color may occur due to screen calibration. Products are subject to availability — if an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a refund, exchange, or backorder.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s), subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; Fayda Digital does not store card details on our servers. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting info@faydadigital.com — once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 6.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Fayda Digital ships worldwide from our location in Accra, Ghana. Free shipping applies to all orders over $50. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout or confirmed after your order is placed. Fayda Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, public holidays, or events outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@faydadigital.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the error is Fayda Digital's — in those cases, we cover return and replacement shipping at no cost to you. Digital downloads and app-based content are non-returnable once accessed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Fayda Digital or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All books and published materials sold through our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers; purchase of a book grants personal use rights only.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayda Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products; loss of data, revenue, or profits; or delays caused by third-party logistics, payment processors, or internet outages. Our total liability in any matter arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. We commit to resolving disputes through fair dialogue and, where possible, amicable settlement before pursuing legal remedies, in keeping with Islamic principles of justice and reconciliation (islāḥ).
