How do I place an order?+
Choose a product, add it to your cart, and continue to checkout. Enter your delivery and contact details, select an available payment method, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Fayda Digital uses guest checkout. You can view or track an order at any time using your Order ID and the email address used at checkout.
How can I track or find my order?+
Use the Order Tracking or My Orders link in the footer. Enter the Order ID and order email exactly as they appear in your confirmation message.
Where do you deliver?+
We dispatch from Accra, Ghana and serve customers in Ghana, across Africa, and internationally. Available delivery options and charges are calculated for your destination during checkout.
How long will delivery take?+
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option selected. You will receive updates as the order moves from processing to dispatch and delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?+
Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Additional African payment options may be offered where supported. Fayda Digital does not store your full payment details.
What if a payment is pending or fails?+
Do not place repeated orders immediately. First check your email and My Orders. If the payment remains pending, contact us with your Order ID so we can verify it safely.
Can I cancel an order?+
Contact us within two hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still qualify for support under our returns policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Email info@faydadigital.com within seven days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
How do digital downloads work?+
Published digital resources are available from the Digital Downloads page. Some complimentary files require an email unlock. Purchased or app-based content follows the access instructions shown at checkout or in the Fayda Digital app.
What is available in the Fayda Digital app?+
The app brings together ebooks, audiobooks, KnowledgeCasts, podcasts, videos, zikr, and qasida audio for learning and reflection on iOS and Android.
