Customer Care
Refund & Returns Policy
Straightforward guidance for physical books, digital resources, cancellations and damaged orders.
We want every Fayda Digital order to arrive as expected. Please contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can review the order and offer the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched or a digital item has been accessed. Once a physical order has shipped, it is handled under the returns process below.
Physical books
Unused physical books may be requested for return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with no writing, markings, damage or other signs of use.
- Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
- Unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please report a damaged, defective or incorrect item within 3 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs when possible. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy at no additional cost.
Digital downloads
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable after access or download. We will still review requests involving duplicate charges, a corrupted or inaccessible file, an incorrect file, or any refund required by applicable consumer law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After approval or inspection of a returned item, processing usually takes 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
How to request help
Use our Contact page and include your order ID, purchase email and a short explanation. For shipped orders, photographs help us resolve damage or fulfillment issues quickly.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law. Where those rights provide greater protection, they will apply.
