About Fayda Digital

A Living Library, Built for the Long Term

We exist to preserve and transmit the scholarship, teachings, and spiritual heritage of the Ṭarīqa Tijāniyya — for readers, listeners, and seekers everywhere.

Fayda Digital began from a simple observation: a vast body of Tijāniyya and Fayḍa scholarship has long been scattered across manuscripts, private collections, and languages — accessible to those with the right teacher, the right library, or the right inheritance, and largely closed to everyone else.

We work to close that gap. Through careful translation, critical editions, and digital preservation, we bring this scholarship — from the foundational works of Shaykh Ahmad al-Tijānī to the twentieth-century outpouring associated with Shaykh Ibrāhīm Niasse — into a form that can travel: printed, bound, carried, and read by anyone drawn to seek it.

This work spans a physical bookstore, a growing digital library, audio and video from gatherings across the Fayḍa community, and editorial writing that treats its subject with the seriousness it deserves. All of it serves one purpose: preservation that reaches people, not preservation that sits on a shelf.

Rigor

Every translation and edition is reviewed against classical sources before it reaches a reader.

Reverence

Sacred texts are handled with the adab their subject demands — never merely as content.

Reach

What was once confined to manuscript and memory should be within reach of any sincere seeker.
